Use of services

You are responsible for using the services lawfully, maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable contracts, policies, and laws.

Prototype and beta tools

Some services, dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, demos, and prototypes may be experimental, incomplete, intermittently available, or subject to change. Availability, accuracy, uptime, integrations, and data portability are not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

Information provided through this website, application, dashboard, prototype, or service is for general informational, operational, research, or business purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional clinical advice unless separately agreed in a written contract.

Intellectual property and client materials

Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises, retains rights in its platforms, architecture, software, workflows, documentation, designs, and service materials unless otherwise agreed. Clients and users retain rights they already hold in materials they provide, subject to licenses needed to operate requested services.

Payments, suspension, and termination

Paid services, where applicable, may be governed by separate orders, invoices, statements of work, or subscription terms. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.

Contracts and notices

If a separate written agreement, statement of work, order, BAA, DPA, or client contract applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these general Terms. Formal notices and legal requests may be directed to Audia Systems LLC through [email protected] unless a signed agreement specifies a different notice method.
